Returning is easy


We offer a 100% refund of your order value (including standard delivery costs, if any), with no charges to you, in these cases:
- If you cancel your order before it ships.
- If you receive the wrong model or colour (excluding personal preferences) and haven't used it.
- If your product arrives damaged, broken, or stained — please report this within 7 days of delivery.
Note: We do not cover express shipping fees or third-party services like IPL reminders or shipping insurance. For returns, we'll cover shipping costs if you use our designated return method.
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the return criteria, we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
We review all return requests within 24 hours on business days:
- Requests submitted between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are processed the same day.
- Requests outside business hours or on holidays are processed the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with the return label if approved, or we'll ask for more info if needed.
After we receive and approve your returned item, refunds are completed within 3–7 business days.
Refund timeline:
- Warehouse receives the return — 1 business day
- Quality check — 1 to 2 business days
- Refund processing — 1 business day
Please note the exact refund time may vary depending on your payment provider.
In addition to the return eligibility rules, the following are excluded from returns:
- Accessories like razors, goggles, sterilizer boxes, aloe vera gels
- Clearance items
